Hemroids? Hemrrhoids? Hemmroids?

Everyone seems to spell this wrong. One of the most common questions I get is what exactly are they, why we get them and how do we prevent them?

Now, here are several reasons why we get them:

- Constipation and straining

- Weak vessels

- Hard stool from certain foods

- Poor circulation in the lower regions

- a few others ….

Did we always have hemorrhoids? No, as mankind’s technology evolves, there are several key “pollutants” not just in diet or air, but also in habits that cause this….

There are several proactive ways to prevent them…. especially based on these causes. One way to prevent hemorrhoids is to keep stools soft so they pass easily, thus decreasing pressure and straining, and to empty bowels as soon as possible after the urge occurs. Exercise, including walking, and increased fiber in the diet help reduce constipation and straining by producing stools that are softer and easier to pass.

Yet,when you already have a hemorrhoid, it’s harder to make it go away immediately. I recommend this natural treatment.

Let me know how it works out for you!
